 Technic Specification Lists
1. Water
pavement will be built by the excavation cessionary.The service of Avam Proje
will be paid by the company.
2. The
transporter system and walls are 9*13,5-12*17cm dimensions,heated in oven.Their
projects are finished and they weigh 500kg/m3 .They have DIN 1052
standard.They are put special process into practice against to corrosion and
microorganism.They are assembled with silicone equipment to making
insultation.They are imported Siberia pine or spruce.
3. The
skeleton is yellow Shingle or Granada village tiles.Their water and heat
insultation were built.
4. The
flooring is wood flooring with heat insultation.(Attachment and imported
parQuet gloss are made)
5. The
electric system connects to otomatic fuse panel with TSE certificated silicone
cable and every key and electric outlet without distributing box.The fuse
panel,circuit breaker,fuses will be bought by the customer.
6. The
constitutional system consist of clean water system from TSE
certificated,bathroom and toilet paving,fittings,faience,cinctures,wet flor
flooring with TSE certificated.They will be bought by the customer.
7. The
insulating gloss-It equals with standard heat and sound value.
8. The
door and joinery will be built in preference to cessionary.
9. The
colour is with wood countenancer.It will
be painted in preference to cessionary.
10. The walls
which are made with 9cm wood profile egual to reinforced concrete structure’s
walls’ heat insultation which is 40cm and plastered.
11. The walls
which are made with 12cm wood profile egual to reinforced concrete structure’s
walls’ heat insultation which is 50cm and plastered.
12. The
cessionary will have architectural Office draw Project.The cessionary will give
on a share in a licence works.
13. The
frontage,cross section and plan file will be prepared and presented to
applause.
14. The company
won’t transport products without not controlling quality.
15. The
woodhouse will be protected against to corrosion for 25 years and will be
covered with imported, guaranteed paint.
